Anglicans are one of the four churches that arose out of the Protestant Reformation, including the Lutheran, Reformed, and Anabaptist (Mennonite) traditions. Our tradition reflects how this transformation worked its way out in the English world and represents a unique balance between extreme Protestant and Roman Catholic beliefs.

Three Streams of spiritual heritage inform our present-day expression (Liturgical, Reformed, and Charismatic) along with an unyielding devotion to the Commission of Jesus, to reach this world with the Gospel of the Kingdom and help form disciples of Christ.

This is best illustrated in the Global Anglican Renewal movement known as GAFCON:

“What is GAFCON”

The Global Anglican Future Conference (GAFCON) convened in 2008 to address the growing divisions within the Anglican Communion and reassert biblical authority.  GAFCON represents the majority of the world’s Anglicans who felt it was necessary to take a united stand for truth.
